Lease Purchase: Transaction advertised is a lease-purchase agreement (rental-purchase agreement in Texas). Lessee may cancel lease without penalty after the first payment. Individual lease term never exceeds 3 months. The maximum number of lease renewal payments that may be necessary to acquire ownership is 26 weeks. Lessee will not own the property until the total amount necessary to acquire ownership is paid in full or by prepayment as provided for by law.
